Swan Soup Shoot, Swanley Village.

14th October 2007.

Happy birthday Sarah! It’s that time of the year again, no not Christmas, its the annual wearing of the ‘souper-girl’ boxers time. And needless to say, she wore them.

The soup was excellent as ever so thanks go to Ted (Sarah’s dad) for cooking up a treat yet again. A nice easy relaxed western was shot in good company and warmer weather than I had anticipated! I had to strip off my thermals because it was that warm.

I didn’t quite achieve what I wanted to which was to go over 800, but I only failed by four points. I won the overall ‘adjusted’ ladies. Don’t ask Peter how he works it out because the juniors end up scoring over 900, but they end up shooting on an even field so to speak.

It was nice to see Sarah in the now infamous undies and her paramedic uniform. Ooh and I mustn’t forget to thank Rachel from Mayflower Archers for giving me some of her yummy chocolate brownie ?

p.s. beware of colouring books - they’re full of innuendos!
